Full-service trust management, ensuring that financial resources are invested appropriately and used according to the trust’s intent and beneficiary’s interests. Karen has extensive experience with special needs trusts.

Estate Administration

Complete administration of decedent estates, including real property, financial assets, and tangible property. Karen gathers assets, settles obligations, oversees tax return preparation, and coordinates with distributees to carry out the decedent's wishes.

Money Management

Assistance for individuals directly or through a Power of Attorney to manage day-to-day household finances. Karen can help with paying bills, budgeting, arranging home maintenance or personal services, and coordinating with other financial professionals.

Karen Fabiano has been a professional fiduciary in Oregon since 2010. Currently, she manages conservatorship estates, trusts, household financial affairs, and decedent estates. Karen can serve under court authority or under a client's power of attorney. She also serves as a health-care representative and can manage in-home care teams. Karen is known for her clear thinking about difficult decisions and for finding ways to communicate with speech-challenged people. Karen holds a Master's degree in Public Affairs (MPAff) from UT Austin and is a National Certified Guardian. Karen's avocations include Ki-Aikido (she's currently a nidan-rank instructor) and whitewater kayaking. Her dogs are usually with her wherever she goes.
